ANGEL RAMOS-TAMAYO, ARCHITECT
Firm Principal
Angel Ramos-Tamayo is a registered architect with over twenty three years of experience, fifteen as senior architect and co-founder of New Republic Architects. Mr. Ramos is a LEED NC accredited professional (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) with the US Green Building Council, he also holds the congress for new urbanism accreditation from the university of Miami and is past President of the American Institute of Architects El Paso Chapter. He has served as senior architect on a broad range of educational, institutional, commercial and retail projects.
Mr. Ramos’ emphasis in advanced project management propels the New Republic team to be one of the best architectural firms in the region.

Project Manager
Francisco Diaz has eighteen years of experience coordinating and managing commercial, residential and institutional projects. His ability to create great design and his visualization skills help him connect with clients at a higher level. This connection is crucial in order for the client and end user to completely understand what their project will look like early in the design process.

EMMA REYES
Junior Designer
Emma Reyes has over 7 years of experience as an Architectural intern, Designer & Project Coordinator and has been a great addition to our elite team. She has worked coordinating commercial, residential and industrial projects as well as a designer of large industrial facilities. Mrs. Reyes is a multi-skilled architectural intern, with experience in project development in different scales, bringing a unique perspective and attractive design.

Alejandra González
Architectural Intern
Alejandra González holds a bachelor in Architecture and a Master's Degree in Urban Planning and Development. With seven years of experience in architectural design, she has worked as a project manager in multi-family housing and custom residential projects. Ms. Gonzalez has experience in planning, construction of diverse renovations projects (both commercial as well as industrial) and has also worked as a field analyst for property appraisals.
Education:
Master's Degree in Planning and Urban Development – 2017, with emphasis in Territorial Urban Analysis.
